Powerful 55W Laser Cutter

AtomStack Hurricane has a powerful 55W CO2 10.6-micron laser which allows it to be compatible with a variety of materials like acrylic, wood, leather, glass, rubber and others.

Having a CO2 Laser allows AtomStack Hurricane to perform better than a diode laser due to the higher power output and a higher beam quality. In the case of diode lasers, there’s a need for multiple laser units combined to reach a similar power.

Fast-Speed Motion Structure

Thanks to the dual-axis guide rail structure of AtomStack Hurricane for both the X and Y axis, the engraving speed can reach up to 600mm/s with materials like MDF, while on the other materials which absorbs laser light less effectively, the engraving speed can reach up to 300mm/s

Large 500x300mm Working Area

Thanks to the 625x420mm bed size, AtomStack Hurricane has a generous work area of 500x300mm. For larger projects, this can be extended to 800x500mm by adding an optional conveyor feeder.

With an optional conveyor feeder, AtomStack Hurricane can utilize the Auto-pass through feature, enabling it to work on longer objects and offering even more versatility.

To streamline usage, AtomStack equipped Hurricane with an auto-deployed measuring sensor that automatically sets the Z offset of the laser, speeding up the process of starting a new cut or engraving.

3D Engraving, Batch Engraving, and Resume Function

AtomStack Hurricane offers the versatility to 3D engrave on wood, delivering quality results.

Batch Engraving

Thanks to the 5MP HD camera, AtomStack Hurricane can also be used for batch engraving. The camera will automatically detect the position of the models you wish to engrave before starting. It is now easier than ever to produce cool models that don’t require careful positioning or alignment before production.

Resume Function

In the event of a power outage, AtomStack Studio app allows you to resume right where you left off. This prevents material waste and supports sustainability.

Wide Software Compatibility

AtomStack Hurricane integrates seamlessly with LightBurn for both Windows and Mac OS.

With the proprietary AtomStack Studio app, you can easily manage essential functions across all platforms, including Android, iOS, Windows, and Mac OS.
